We have a series of Tumbling programs that are held on a weekly basis. Most are open to the public. Each of these programs meets for 1 hour per week and does not require a monthly commitment.

This beginner public tumble program is open to the public. The focus is on beginner skills, such as cartwheels, handstands, bridges, kick overs, backbends, back walkovers and back handsprings.

Tuition: $10 per class

Age: 5+ years old

Requirements: All skills levels are welcome to take this class.

Day/Time: Saturday & Sunday 9:00 am to 10:00 am

Target Audience: NETF athletes and others from outside of our programs. Dancers, martial artists, and gymnasts are some of the common participants in this program.

This advanced public tumble program and open to the public. Advanced skills, such as double back handsprings, back tucks, back layouts, twisting, and front tumbling, will be taught by experienced coaches.

Tuition: $10 per class

Age: 5+ years old

Requirements: MUST have a double back handspring

Day/Time: Saturday & Sunday 10:00 am to 11:00 am

Target Audience: NETF athletes and others from outside of our programs. Dancers, martial artists, and gymnasts are some of the common participants in this program.

The Open Gym program will be designed for athletes or non-athletes to come in the gym and work on any goals.There will be specific times for different age groups to come into the gym and work on their desired skills.

Tuition: $10 per class

Requirements: Must be a Level 4+ athlete or over the age of 16 to participate.

Day/Time: Sunday 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm

Target Audience: NETF athletes and others from outside of our programs. Dancers, martial artists, and gymnasts are some of the common participants.

Semi-private tumble is a program that is structured for each individual athlete. This class will never exceed 6 athletes. 

Tuition: $18 per class

Age: 4+ years old

Day/Time: Several Days/Times available
